Our activity is an integral part of the ‘PKG-01 Expand Abu Ali Crude & KGP Gas Facilities’ project, which covers the Berri field. The objective of the project is the expansion of the Abu Ali oil-gas separation plant and the Khursaniyah gas processing plant through the construction of new process units.

Our work included detailed design, BIM modelling with Autodesk Revit and extraction of modelled quantities for the following installations:

• HVAC, including HVAC power and control;
• Lighting, small power, earthing, lightning;
• Active fire protection (fire extinguishers, piping cabinets, sprinklers);
• Fire and gas detection;
• Telecommunications.

Trillini Engineering collaborated with Saipem in the detailed design and BIM modelling of 16 new buildings made of steel or reinforced concrete, with different uses, including industrial buildings, offices, worship halls, a clinic, a canteen and several shelters.
