Scope of work:

Full Detail Engineering related to Jetty Control Building, a modularized (2-stories) steel building.

All the disciplines (Structural, Architectural, HVAC and plumbing, Lighting and small power F&G detection and suppression systems) have been developed from FEED design to Construction design including RFQ and TBE for purchase.

SOW includes the production of basic and detail engineering documents (calculation reports, P&Ids, single line diagrams, lists), 3d modeling using TEKLA and Autodesk REVIT software and the consequent extraction of the detail GA, layouts and shop drawings.

Project features:

The challenge of this project is the full integration of building systems in a multipurpose building (Technical Rooms, Offices and Control Room)

Modularization of the building in n.7 modules having each limited dimension and weight due to limitations in transportation and lifting.
