GOALS

The project’s objective is to support the contractor Techbau’s team for activities related to the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) discipline during the construction and commissioning phase of the Amazon logistics hub in Jesi. Trillini Engineering manages the field engineering activities, supporting the Techbau team on site with four dedicated resources. The contribution focuses mainly on on-site quality checks, ensuring that the required standards are met and that operations are progressing correctly.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

The main activities required of Trillini Engineering are:

• Executive project endorsement
• Preparation of tender request packages to MEP subcontractors (HVAC, Electrical, Fire Protection)
• Technical Bid Evaluation of supplier offers
• Verification of MEP suppliers’ construction design
• Verification of site installations and compilation of quality checksheets
• Non-conformity management
