CLEAN FUEL PROJECT – THAI OIL PUBLIC COMPANY
OBJECTIVES
The project focuses on the production of basic mechanical, electrical, and instrumental engineering documents such as calculation reports, P&Ids, single-line diagrams, and lists, as well as the 3D modeling of MEP systems using Autodesk REVIT
software. The goal is to extract a detailed layout that will be submitted to the client for review, ensuring the accuracy of equipment and parts involved by constantly updating the 3D models to resolve any critical issues or conflicts with architectural and structural models.

MAIN ACTIVITIES
Our main activities concern MEP detailed engineering, which includes HVAC, lighting/small power, telecommunications, F&G detection, fire protection, and lighting system for nine industrial buildings, including electrical substations and auxiliary field rooms.
SOLUTIONS
Our team consists of fifteen specialists, coordinated by the project manager, who communicate daily with Saipem project focal points. The challenge is to proceed with the engineering documents in line with the project’s planning, aligning with other JV partners, and maintaining control over the evolution of 3D models of nine buildings, parallel to architectural and structural models.
