Detail MEP Engineering (HVAC, Lighting/Small Power, Telecom, F&G Detection, Fire Protection, Lightning system) related to n.9 Industrial Buildings (Electrical Substations / Field Auxiliary Rooms). The Scope includes the production of basic mecahnical/ele/instrumentation engineering documents (calculation reports, P&Ids, single line diagrams, lists…) and the 3d modeling of the MEP plants using Autodesk REVIT software and the consequent extraction of the detail layout to be issued for client review. All the 3D models are continuously updated in order to solve criticality and clashes with Arch/Structural models and to increase details. The update will be completed when all the equipment and parts will be adherent to their real dimension/data. 3D model i also used to extract the Bill of Quantities relating
Trillini staff is composed by 15 skilled specialist coordinated by the project coordinator that daily communicate with Saipem project focal points.
The callenge of this project is both to proceed with engineering documents according to the project schedula (alignrd with the other JV partners) both have the control of the 3d models evolution (of 9 buildings) in parallel with Architectural and Structural models.
