Senior Electrical Designer
The senior electrical designer is integrated into the discipline staff and reports to the PM / project manager. The scope includes placement in civil, industrial, oil & gas and energy transition projects for the design of electrical installations (low, medium and high voltage)
Activities:
- Analysis and review of customer specifications and technical specifications
- Designing complex MV/LV electrical systems in industrial and O&G plants and MV/LV substations
- Drafting Project Specifications, Data Sheets, Material Requisition, TBE
- Cost estimation activities
- Management of subcontracting of design and verification activities
- Testing and verification activities
- Supervision of testing activities
- Carrying out surveys and supervision activities in the field
- Verification of compliance with applied standards and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Electrical engineer or electrical/electronic engineering graduate
- SW knowledge: 2D/3D CAD drawing, electrical design software (Spac, Eplan, Ampere, Intergra, Etap)
- Knowledge of Italian, European and international standards
- Knowledge of ATEX, Low Voltage, EMC directives, etc.
- Autonomy and ability to coordinate other designers
- Availability for short assignments abroad
- Good knowledge of the English language
Senior Structural Designer
The figure integrates into the discipline staff, reports to the PM / order manager. The scope includes placement in civil, oil & gas and energy transition projects for the design of reinforced concrete structures and steelwork.
Activities:
- Design and verification of reinforced concrete and steelwork structures (including foundations)
- BOM processing
- Specifications development
- Development of 2D graphics and 3D models
- Drafting of MR, review vendor documentation
- Construction Assistance
Requirements:
- Civil engineering degree
- Experience in Oil&Gas and Power
- Knowledge of calculation and modelling sw: SAP 2000, Tekla, Revit
- Knowledge of AISC360, ASCE, EUROCODE, NTC2018, CNR, ASTM standards;
- Autonomy and ability to coordinate other designers
- Availability for short assignments abroad
- Good knowledge of the English language
BIM Designer
The figure reports to the PM / order manager. The scope includes involvement in digital construction projects related to the design of installations in buildings.
Activities:
- 3D platform design (Autodesk Revit, Cadmatic, Tekla)
- Equipment sizing and distribution
- Selection of structures and architectural components
- Architectural design development
- Multidisciplinary specialised and on-the-job training
Requirements:
- Degree in mechanical / electrical / construction / civil engineering
- SW knowledge: Revit, Tekla, 3D modelling
- Autonomy and ability to coordinate other designers
- Availability for short assignments abroad
- Good knowledge of the English language
Process Engineer
The figure reports to the PM / order manager. The scope includes placement in Oil & Gas projects, related to the energy transition for the design of a biofuel refinery.
Activities:
- Advanced process simulations
- Drawing up Heat and Material Balance Sheets
- Preparing flow and P&ID diagrams
- Drawing up instrumentation and equipment specifications
- Participating in Hazid, Hazop
- Coordinating activities in relation to the needs of all engineering departments
Requirements:
- BSc in Chemical Engineering
- Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, Autocad and/or Microstation, Aspen Hysys and/or PROII
- Previous experience of at least 3 years in the role, gained in companies operating in the relevant sector
- Autonomy and ability to coordinate other processors
- Availability for short assignments abroad
- Good knowledge of the English language
